Susan Murphy. After moving to Florida from Connecticut in 2002, Susan continued her marketing and public relations career at Cotton & Co., one of Florida’s leading real estate advertising firms located in Stuart. Here she developed her working knowledge of the Florida real estate industry and her passion for matching buyers with their perfect home.
In 2008 she moved to the sales side of the industry as an agent where she specialized in golf course communities and waterfront properties. She was a member of the Mariner Sands realty team for three years moving to Water Pointe Realty Group in 2011. She is happy to be back at WPRG after a brief hiatus working on a new development on Hutchinson Island.

Jennifer A. Alou is a licensed REALTOR® located in Stuart, FL. She is also currently serves as a Director of Skyworks Aeronautics Corp, Alternative Environmental Technologies, Inc. and Plavo More, LLC, a Florida based venture capital fund.

Christina Teahan was raised in Tallahassee, FL and has spent her life enjoying all that Florida has to offer! As a third generation native Floridian, Gina Lee is carrying on the legacy of raising her own family in the beautiful Sunshine State. After obtaining her bachelor’s degree in marketing in 2009 from the International Academy of Design & Technology in Tampa, she and her husband moved to Royal Palm Beach to start their family. Debi was born in Ohio, raised in South Florida. She has lived and worked on the Treasure Coast for 25 years. She recently retired from the title insurance business, having been in the real estate title and closing business for 38 years, most recently with First American Title.
She is married to her real estate partner Chuck, and together they love helping others buy and sell real estate. Chuck and Debi are members of the Grace Place Church, and are both involved in the Celebrate Recovery Ministry. Debi is a musician and plays guitar, keyboard and background vocals in the ministry band. They also enjoy boating in the most beautiful waters on the East Coast of Florida in Martin county!
Chuck has lived most of his life in Florida. He was hooked on Stuart ever since he drove up to Stuart from Boca Raton one weekend to visit a lifelong friend. The people he met in Stuart were very nice, extremely kind and no one “Honked their Horn”. He moved to Stuart in 2001 and secured a job at Ballantrae Golf and Yacht club where he sold real estate for the next few years.
When the Ballantrae project sold out, Chuck bought and sold properties as an investor until he placed his license with Sailfish Point Real Estate. He also worked there as a personal trainer. Several of his real estate clients were originated in the fitness center and it worked well for him and his clients! His passion in life has always been fitness, and he majored in physical education in college.
He had the opportunity to open a weight loss center in Stuart and joined the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine in 2010. He studied Hormone Replacement therapy and opened another center in Palm Beach Gardens and another in Boca Raton specializing in anti-aging! He sold the company a few years later to an international company out of Miami and stayed on for a period of time as a consultant.
Over the last few years Chuck and his wife Debi have bought and sold homes throughout Florida and realized how much they love real estate and decided to get more involved. They are very active at Grace Place Church where Chuck helped found the Celebrate Recovery Ministry 18 years ago, and is still active today!
Chuck is very gifted in locating unique homes and gets great joy from serving the public by matching people and properties.
Denise Lee is a native New Yorker who has always been called to a coastal lifestyle. While living in St. Thomas, USVI, someone suggested moving to Florida and she has lived here ever since! While working part-time providing social media content for one of Water Pointe Realty Group’s brokers, Denise had a strong desire to work for the firm full-time. When the opportunity presented itself she did not hesitate.
Denise’s managerial experience from working in the retail industry provided excellent experience during her time as the Brokerage Services Coordinator for the firm. This led her to accept the position of Rental Services Operations Manager, in which she oversees the banking and financial operations of the department. She is also the primary contact interface with the vacation rental software, affiliate booking venders, and credit card processors.
Denise enjoys spending time with her fiancé Don and their 3 rescue dogs. Together they love chilling at home, enjoying the beautiful beaches, discovering amazing nature trails, and exploring our charming towns.
