Carolynn Strom was born and raised in what used to be the sleepy town of Stuart, Florida. She comes from a second generation construction and real estate family and would not be surprised if the current commercial building or luxury home you recently visited was built by her husband and/or father.
She received a degree in Psychology from the University of Georgia in 1999 and then spent the next six years living in Georgia working in pharmaceutical sales. After her husband completed his five year commitment in the Army, she was able to return back to the beautiful town of Stuart, in which she has always called home, to raise her growing family.
Carolynn’s desire to serve her community led her to join Junior League of Martin County where she reconnected with her childhood friends and made new ones along the way. She later went on to become a Registered Nurse serving the Treasure Coast community as a Diabetes Education Program Coordinator for nearly 10 years. During this time, she also served on the PTSA at Stuart Middle School and remains very active in her children’s various sports activities throughout Martin County.
As a result of COVID-19, she decided to fulfill her dream of becoming a real estate agent after realizing that there is no better sense of security than making a place your home. Her deep roots, in-depth knowledge of the area and real estate connections make her the perfect person to help you with your real estate needs, so you too can live life to the fullest in this paradise she calls home. After nearly a decade and a half in the management of private golf and country clubs, Richard turned his focus to real estate. His passion for golf carries over to his community involvement, where he participates in “Marathon Golf” events that raise money for local charities. Determined to raise as much money as possible, Richard once played 234 holes in a single “Marathon Golf” day. Those efforts provided charitable contributions of $10,000+ to local charities.

Paige was raised in the Stuart area of Martin County and grew up loving the South Florida lifestyle. She now lives in the Jupiter area with her husband and young son and is enjoying living in and learning about another community near her hometown.

Originally from the Great Lake state of Michigan, Andi graduated from Baker College with a degree in American Sign Language. Through the years, Andi performed in multiple school districts as a sign language interpreter and eventually found her way into residential real estate. In 2014, Andi and her family relocated to Florida to look for better career opportunities.
Since her arrival in Florida, Andi has spent the last five years working as a full-time real estate professional. She has adapted well to her new community and has quickly earned the trust of the many buyers and sellers with whom she has worked. Jana was born and raised in the beautiful Catskill Mountains of NY and while she has called many different towns home, she says she hasn’t found any that compare in beauty to her hometown until landing in the Stuart area.
