Carolynn Strom, RN, SRES, REALTOR, was born and raised in Stuart, named one of the South’s Best Small Towns by Southern Living in 2022. Carolynn’s family has been well known in the construction and real estate industry since 1977. Having this lifelong exposure has made it extremely helpful when assisting both buyers and sellers.

With a degree in Psychology from the University of Georgia, a Registered Nurse, and a Seniors Real Estate Specialist, she will put your interests and well-being first whether you are buying or selling your home. One of Carolynn’s many hobbies is staging homes, especially important to sellers. She is a great resource for all the fabulous décor Stuart’s charming shops have to offer. When not working as a Realtor®, she is busy with her teenagers’ sports and school functions. Not only is she an ardent Georgia Bulldog fan but also a loyal Army Black Knight. Carolynn’s husband and father-in-law are West Point alumni, and her son is soon to follow in those footsteps as a 2022 cadet. She has been active in the community serving as past member of Junior League, Stuart Middle School PTSA, St. Mary’s Church, and the Hibiscus Center. With her warm and friendly personality, you can be confident that Carolynn will go the extra mile when working with you to help navigate you on your real estate journey.
