Jaime Estrada

As a graduate of the University of Florida, where she obtained both her Bachelor and Juris Doctor degree, Jaime prides herself on being very diligent and thorough on each transaction.  Whether buying or selling, this quality is essential when getting the best deal during negotiations and preparation of contracts.  Additionally, having renovated and built several homes from Miami Beach to Martin County, Jaime brings a sense of knowledge and foresight for her clients to help them see a “diamond in the rough” when they may not be able to visualize it for themselves.  With over 20+ years of professional sales and marketing experience, specifically in the digital marketing area, Jaime will be an asset to you when navigating this market.  For example, when selling your home, through her comprehensive and precise Strategic Marketing Analysis and Vision Plan she does all the heavy lifting on each and every stage of the selling process to be as efficient and thorough as possible.   Jaime has a love for this industry and understands what true customer service should look like and that is what separates her from the competition.

Like many people searching in this fast-paced market, Jaime suggests finding a property that would best fit your needs as you can always alter your current home but cannot change your community.  For her she was mainly looking for a community with an emphasis on boating and fishing.  Tequesta instantly became Jaime’s favorite waypoint.  With the abundance of waterways, a nearby inlet to the open water, few fixed bridges and a large fishing and boating community who support and promote local businesses and love for our oceans it is easy to see why it was a perfect fit.  The locally owned restaurants, shopping, and beautiful year-round weather were all just icing on the cake!  If you want to know some of her favorite spots, just ask as she would be happy to share them with you as well.

Having lived in Florida for most of her life, Jaime, her husband, two teenage children, and her two dogs, always seem to find themselves out on the water whenever possible.  When not working with her buyers and sellers, you can find Jaime spending time with her family offshore fishing, heading to the Bahamas, taking their boat to the local sandbars or scuba diving during mini season for those illusive bugs.   As a self-proclaimed foodie and baker, she loves creating sweet treats for her friends and family.

Jaime is just one phone call away to help you navigate these real estate waters, so feel free to reach out today!
