Originally from the Great Lake state of Michigan, Andrea “Andi” Stapels graduated from Baker College with a degree in American Sign Language. Through the years, Andi performed in multiple school districts as a sign language interpreter and eventually found her way into residential real estate. In 2014, Andi and her family relocated to Florida to look for better career opportunities.
Following her arrival in Florida, Andi has spent nearly a decade working as a full-time real estate professional. She adapted well to her new community and quickly earned the trust of the buyers and sellers with whom she has worked. As an experienced, multi-million dollar producing agent, Andi has shown her true skills of being genuine, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and professional. She has proven herself to have the skills to bring any transaction home. Wanting to take her real estate career to a new level, she joined Water Pointe as the first step in that process. Andi truly believes that attitude determines your altitude.
Andi is very self-motivated. Her volunteer efforts to raise funds and awareness for various Florida nonprofits is commendable. Every quarter, Andi hosts a clothing & shoe drive for The Refuge Ranch, a Christian-based organization that supports women struggling with substance abuse. She also held her first fundraiser to benefit the Florida Veterans Foundation and plans to continue working with this organization in the future.
Andi has a unique perspective on house hunting, having experienced the relocation process herself and spending time living in both St. Lucie and Martin counties. She and her husband Mark currently live on the canal in Palm City, where Andi is active in the community as well as Holy Redeemer Catholic Church. They have been married for over 25 years and are now empty-nesters; their son Mark recently graduated from UCF, and their daughter Gabrielle is finishing her senior year at a top Florida university. Andi’s favorite pastime is enjoying her friends and family while boating on our beautiful coastal waters.
