Meet Kate
Kate has resided in Florida for more than 35 years. She has been in medical sales for over 15 years and has always had a heavy interest in real estate. With her past working role with the Ritz-Carlton Residences in Jupiter, Kate was a liaison between the client and builder, assisting in design decisions that would add value to the home in the future. Because of her extended experience in interior design and staging, Kate sees the potential in homes needing an update and provides her clients functional ideas on how to customize the home to fit their specific needs. Space planning, in addition to having a vast knowledge of the area, has also helped her serve her clients well.
In her first fifteen months with Water Pointe realty Group, Kate sold more than $4.2 million in property in the Jupiter/Tequesta area. She is thrilled to expand this success in years to come. Kate lives in Tequesta with her husband, Jay, and their two children. she relishes the lifestyle of sunny Florida and enjoys time on the golf course, boating with friends, and entertaining.
