About Neal Vander Waal

Neal Vander Waal is a graduate from Northwood University, a private, business-oriented university, where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. Having been around the real estate industry since childhood, he obtained his real estate license in 2002 and has been working in real estate ever since, building lifelong relationships with his clients and associates. Prior to joining Water Pointe Realty Group in 2020, Neal owned his own successful brokerage in the Tequesta area.

Excelling in the workings of a successful real estate deal comes naturally to Neal. This expertise has been honed by his personal experience in new home development, renovations and maintaining his own income property portfolio. He will provide you with all the necessary information to guide you through one of your most significant transactions.

His other passions in life include surfing, boating, and traveling. Although fortunate enough to travel extensively, none of his travels have shown more beauty and quality of life as he has found in South Florida. Nevertheless, his experiences give him new insights and different perspectives to better himself and his community.
