Phyllis is a native New Englander who brings her background in education and human resources to the real estate profession. With more than 28 years of experience as a NAR member, Phyllis holds the prestigious designations of Certified International Property Specialist, Accredited Buyers Representation, Certified Relocation Specialist, E-pro Specialist, and Certified Code of Ethics Instructor. Phyllis is a lifetime multi-million dollar producer who takes pride in building her business one client at a time.
Phyllis demonstrates her passion for real estate by continually volunteering in her community and advocating for private property rights, legislative issues, and affordable workforce housing. She is currently a director for the Florida REALTORS®, a Trustee for Home Ownership with Florida REALTORS®, a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, the JTHS/Miami Council of REALTORS® and the Women’s Council of REALTORS®. Also she currently is Chair, Disaster Relief Foundation at the Florida NAR Member and Chair of Attainable Workforce Housing at Florida Realtors. She is a past president of the Jupiter-Tequesta-Hobe Sound Association of Realtors® and for the Regional Multiple Listing Service, a past district vice president for the Florida REALTORS®, was named REALTORS® of the Year by JTHS, and received the Realtor® Achievement Award from the Florida REALTORS® Association.
In addition to her active role as a full-time NAR Member, Phyllis has been appointed by Governor Scott to serve as Commissioner with the Palm Beach County Housing Authority.
