Terri Futch. Terri comes to Water Pointe Realty Group with more than 25 years of diverse real estate experience. Starting in the late 80s, Terri and her husband began a custom home business in northern & central Florida. They were recognized many times throughout the years by the Builders Association in the Parade of Homes, winning awards for Best Exterior, Best Interior & Best Overall. Their custom home success led them to develop golf course communities, commercial projects, single & multi-family projects, interior decorating business, and eventually opening their own real estate company.

Terri is a luxury NAR Member servicing buyers and sellers in waterfront & golf course communities throughout Palm Beach, Martin, Broward, and Highlands counties. Through her many entrepreneurial accomplishments, Terri realized that her passion lies with helping clients meet their real estate needs with an easy and stress-free experience, whether buying or selling.
