A lifelong Treasure Coast resident, John brings a deep understanding of the people, neighborhoods, and lifestyle that define Martin, St. Lucie and Palm Beach Counties. Born in Martin County and raised in St. Lucie County, he has watched the area grow and evolve, giving him firsthand insight into how local communities change, what holds long-term value, and what truly makes our area such a special place to call home.
Before entering real estate, John built a strong foundation through his time with Apple Inc. and roles at a local private country clubs. These experiences shaped his calm, solutions-oriented approach and reinforced the importance of communication, preparation, and follow-through.
John began his real estate career in 2020 and earned his Florida Real Estate Broker License in 2024. As a Broker Associate, he offers clients an added layer of experience and oversight throughout each transaction. His background allows him to navigate complex details and ensure that each decision is made with confidence. He represents buyers, sellers, and investors throughout our areas with a focus on residential homes, waterfront properties, golf communities, and relocation services. John believes real estate is rarely just about a property—it’s about timing, relationships, and helping people make informed decisions that align with their goals.
John is deeply committed to giving back to the community he loves. He is an active Committee Volunteer with SafeSpace (2023–present), supporting vital services for victims of domestic violence throughout the Treasure Coast. In addition, John serves as the Golf Tournament Chair for the Martin County Realtors® of the Treasure Coast benefiting Habitat for Humanity (2023– present)—helping raise funds to expand affordable housing opportunities for local families. This involvement reflects the values he brings into his real estate practice: service, integrity, and a sincere commitment to improving the lives of others.
