Water Pointe Realty Group is thrilled to welcome Julia Fitzwater to the firm at the Sewall’s Point office.
Born and raised in Maryland, Julia Fitzwater has proudly called Martin County home since 2020. With a strong foundation in business and real estate, she brings a dynamic blend of education, experience, and local insight to every client she serves.
Julia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Keiser University, where she was also a dedicated Student Athlete on the women’s basketball team. She obtained her Real Estate Sales Associate License in 2023 and has since gained experience in both residential and commercial real estate.
Growing up surrounded by construction and currently serving as an Administrative Executive at Fitz Construction Group, Julia developed early expertise in new builds, development projects, and the construction process. She was actively involved in the revitalization of Orange Avenue in Rio, Jensen Beach, a project that strengthened her understanding of redevelopment and community growth.
In addition to real estate, Julia is the owner of J Fitz LLC, where she operates as a QuickBooks ProAdvisor offering bookkeeping services. She is also pursuing her Master’s of Accounting (Taxation) at Florida Atlantic University and is on the path to becoming a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a unique advantage that enhances her financial insight for real estate clients. Known for her organization, time efficiency, determination, and strong work ethic, Julia is committed to delivering exceptional service and seamless transactions. She is a proud member of the Martin County Realtors® Association and actively participates in community initiatives, including Santa City Lights with the City of Stuart.
Outside of her professional life, Julia enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends and embracing the coastal lifestyle that Martin County offers. She loves being by the beach and intracoastal, collecting seashells, and exploring the outdoors. This balance of nature, community, and passion fuels her commitment to her work.
