No. 1 — $1,500,000 · 10410 S Ocean Dr Penthouse 3, Jensen Beach, Florida
A two-story penthouse on the Hutchinson Island beachfront at 10410 S Ocean Dr sold for $1,500,000 on September 18, 2026. The three-bedroom, three-bath unit in the Hutchinson Island Club carries a reported 2,524 square feet, dates to 1977 and was rebuilt from its systems outward, with new plumbing, wiring, floors and windows, a new electrical panel and a tankless water heater.
Sixteen-foot impact glass frames the ocean across both levels, and impact glass and doors run throughout the suite. The kitchen was redesigned around a walk-in pantry and induction cooking, the dining room sits out over the beach, and the living room has a fireplace built into a wood art wall with surround sound. Two of the three bedrooms are primary suites, and all three bedrooms are en suite.
Building amenities include party rooms with a bar and billiard, ping-pong and card tables that open onto the pool deck, spa and outdoor bar, and a ramp that leads directly to the sand. The suite comes with a one-car garage, air-conditioned storage and a bike storage room. The exterior was extensively reconstructed between 2022 and 2023 and a new roof went on in 2025, with all assessments paid.
The house went under contract 21 days after the current listing date, and the sale ranked No. 1 in RealtyWire’s Top 5 reported home sales for the Port St. Lucie metro area for the week ending September 20, 2026. Jerome McWilliams of Water Pointe Realty Group was the listing agent.
