Bill Dean

Bill Dean serves as the Managing Broker of Water Pointe Realty Group, and is one of the Broker/Owners of the company. In this capacity Bill has oversight responsibility for all daily business operations of the company, including the management of agents, staff, offices, financial, accounting, and marketing. While the other Broker/Owner principals of the leadership team contribute in various supporting roles to the mission and strategic goals of the company, Bill is the primary operations leadership resource for Water Pointe Realty Group.

Bill's 35-year career consisting of education, experience, and accomplishments, all support and enhance his role as Managing Broker of the company. Bill is a graduate of Georgetown University and spent the first three years of his career as a licensed CPA with the accounting firm of Pricewaterhouse. Subsequent real estate industry experience includes serving as vice president of real estate syndication at Pioneer Western Properties, and regional vice president of Radnor Corporation, the real estate development subsidiary of Sun Oil Company (Sunoco), where Bill successfully managed a portfolio of 45 active residential and commercial development projects totaling approximately $250 million in assets.

In 1999, Bill and his business partner Steve Osburn purchased IRP Realty, a local, island-based real estate company that promoted a strong focus on sales and rentals of waterfront homes and condominiums on Hutchinson Island. In 2018, after nearly two decades of growth and successful residential brokerage operations, IRP Realty proudly joined forces with the owners of Willoughby Realty and Water Pointe Realty Group of Stuart to form the new and stronger Water Pointe Realty Group we have now become today.

Bill is a licensed Florida real estate broker and is an active member of the Martin County Realtors of the Treasure Coast Association, serving on many committees, and as a past president of the association as well as a member of the Board of Directors. He was honored to be named Realtor® of the Year in 2017. Bill maintains membership in the Florida Association of Realtors® and the National Association of Realtors®.

Away from the business, Bill contributes considerable time to his favorite charities, including the St. Marks Church and School, having served as their Advisory Board for over 15 years. He has been involved with the Jupiter Tequesta Athletic Association as a sport director and volunteer coach. As a native Floridian, originally from the Tampa Bay area, Bill now enjoys the Treasure Coast lifestyle of outdoor activities with his wife, Allison.

Chris Clifford

Chris Clifford, Broker and Principal of Water Pointe Realty Group, has been active in the real estate industry since 1980. He specializes in luxury residential sales and holds an extensive background in real estate marketing, sales, negotiation, and consulting. Being a Florida native and long-time resident of Martin County, he believes it is important for clients to first be sold on the unique lifestyle that encompasses the Treasure Coast, then comes finding the perfect home. Because of his in-depth interest and commitment to the community and its residents, the personalized service Chris delivers to his clients is unparalleled.

After kicking off his career in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, Chris moved to Stuart in 1982. He was involved with sales in the private golf communities of Mariner Sands and Willoughby Golf Club until 2000 when he opened Willoughby Realty, an independent real estate firm representing properties across the various regions of Martin County. Through Willoughby Realty, Chris has developed a deep and personal relationship with the residents, members and staff of Willoughby Golf Club, and as a result has become WGC's preferred real estate broker.

During his time in the real estate business Chris has been active in the Realtor® Association of Martin County, and has served as a director of its board as well as on numerous committees.

Chris met his wife, Jody, in South Carolina when they were both in college at Clemson University, where he was a member of the Clemson Tiger football team and earned a bachelor's degree in business administration. Jody is the CEO of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Florida, and a well-known member of the Treasure Coast community having been very active with nonprofit work for many years. They have 2 grown children, a daughter, Kendall, and son, Austin.

Over the years, he has built a team that boasts nearly a century of market knowledge and experience across the many communities of the Treasure Coast. In February 2018, Chris and his team joined forces with two fellow firms to form one of the largest independent real estate firms on the Treasure Coast. Now operating as Water Pointe Realty Group, Chris feels the venture combines the area's top-producing, experienced, and locally involved Realtors® under one flag and that he is excited about what that means for clients, agents, and employees of the new Water Pointe Realty Group.

Dave Derrenbacker

Dave understands the unique appeal of the wonderful coastal lifestyle that Martin County has to offer. With more than 20 years of experience as a Realtor® and more than 30 years of experience as a real estate investor, Dave has the knowledge, skills and professional savvy to make sure that all client expectations are not only met but exceeded! In the late 90's, Dave started his real estate career with one of the country's largest franchised brokerages where he was named Rookie of the Year after only five months in the business. A few years later, he founded Water Pointe Realty Group, an independent real estate brokerage. Over the years, Water Pointe has grown with multiple offices in Martin County along with an office in Palm Beach County. They have established a prominence built on trustworthiness, client satisfaction, and a commitment to going above and beyond!

Dave firmly believes that a good reputation is a person's greatest asset. In 2006, he was named Realtor® of the Year by the Realtor® Association of Martin County. He served as their president the following year. In 2011, Dave was presented with the Distinguished Service Award by the Realtor® Association of Martin County for his contributions to the organization as well as the community.

Dave is extremely active in the community. In the past, he has served as a board member for The Children's Museum of the Treasure Coast, Stuart Mainstreet, Business Development Board of Martin County, The Kiwanis Club of Stuart, LEADERship Martin County and St. Joseph’s Catholic School Advisory Board. Dave is also a proud graduate of LEADERship Martin County, Class 16. Over the years, he has volunteered his time for many local causes and has also coached hundreds of the areas youth in baseball, football, basketball and lacrosse.

Currently, Dave serves as president of the Martin County Business Exchange. His extensive involvement in the local business arena has provided him with a wealth of knowledge and a vast network of valuable contacts. Dave realizes that success is attributed to relationships and strives to share these valuable connections with his clients.

Mark Eble

Mark Eble, Broker/Owner of Water Pointe Realty Group, has been fortunate enough to spend more than 30 years in the beautiful sunshine state of Florida. Shortly after graduating from Florida State University, Mark started his real estate career.

At the age of 24, he was named Realtor® of the Year by the Jupiter/Tequesta Hobe Sound Board of Realtors®, and by 27 he was well on his way to establishing his very own real estate company. Ryan Billings

Ryan was born and raised in the quiet town of Boylston, Massachusetts before attending college at Methodist University in Fayetteville, North Carolina. After graduating magna cum laude with a degree in Business Administration, Ryan moved to Jupiter in 2007 and fell in love with the lifestyle and atmosphere Northern Palm Beach County has to offer. He has been a year-round resident ever since.

Ryan’s real estate career began with remarkable success, as networking, marketing, advising and selling came naturally. With an unwavering passion for doing what is best for his clients, Ryan has guided everyone from first-time home buyers, local families, snowbirds, and investors through the processes of both buying and selling. As a consistent multi-million dollar producer, Ryan developed a network of clients and like-minded business people that will help his future buyers and sellers in their journey towards their dream home. In 2104 Ryan upgraded his licensure status, and now operates with a Florida Real Estate Broker’s license.

In 2018 Ryan became partner and co-owner of the Jupiter/Tequesta office of Water Pointe Realty Group.

When he is not working for his clients or growing his business Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife at their home in Tequesta. Together they have 4 children, 2 sets of twins! As a member of Tequesta Country Club and Hobe Sound Golf Club, Ryan keeps a low handicap and also has a passion for exercise, specifically running and triathlon.
