This is in a top location , near the south entrance of desirable Tequesta Country Club! The single story 3 bedroom, 3 bath home is built rock solid with concrete block and stucco construction. Originally a 4 bedroom home, the owners opened it up to enjoy a larger family room and moved the washer and dryer into air conditioned space. If a 4th bedroom is desired, only one wall and doorway need added to revert to the original floorplan. The screened pool and backyard offer the best of the south Florida lifestyle, with a 24'x12' covered patio and a spacious backyard, custom landscaped with gorgeous flowering specimen plants, including massive frangipani and bougainvillea.
The community day dock and boat ramp are available for association members.
