Mike Johnson was born and raised in the close-knit community of Cazenovia, New York. Growing up in a family with two siblings and wonderful parents, he was greatly inspired by his father who instilled in him values of hard work and dedication. Following in his father’s footstep, Mike developed a deep passion for sports, in particular football, which he and his father both played at Penn State University under legendary coach Joe Paterno.

Upon graduation, Mike entered a career in the family hardwood manufacturing business and brought the same drive and dedication he had for football to the workplace. Around this time he married his high school sweetheart, Jessica. Together, they are proud parents of three boys.

Recently, Mike made the significant decision to sell the company and start fresh in Jupiter, a move that allowed him and Jessica to be closer to her family and provide new opportunities for everyone. Embracing the Florida lifestyle, the family has flourished in their home of Jupiter.

Shandi Carline, a Missouri native, moved to the Treasure Coast in 1988. While raising her daughter, who now has her own family in the area, Shandi pursued a career in Radiology at Martin Cleveland Clinic Health Systems. She also owned a retail women’s activewear store before transitioning into Real Estate in 2004. Shandi’s success is attributed to her local market knowledge and commitment to her clients’ well-being, often turning clients into long-term friends. “Selling gems on the Treasure Coast” is Shandy’s favorite saying. With over three decades in Southeast Florida, Shandi has a deep understanding of the area and a valuable network across industries.

Shelby Collier

Shelby Collier is a licensed REALTOR® located in Stuart, FL. She is a Florida native born in Ft. Lauderdale, and raised just outside of Gainesville.

Shelby spent her childhood summers in Stuart with her grandparents. After college at UF, she explored the US living in 10+ states in 10+ homes. Settling in Tennessee for ten years, she pursued a photography business preserving her clients’ sweetest memories. In 2011, she and her husband, daughter, and four dogs made their way back to the home in Beau Rivage where she had spent all those summers on the Treasure Coast.

She and her family love the small town feel of community, and enjoy countless days of outdoor activities related to the water. Continuing her photography business, Shelby also found a love for the fitness industry. The common denominator was helping people.

Born and raised in Waynesville, North Carolina, Carter Page attended North Carolina State University from 2012 to 2016 where he majored in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and competed on the men’s golf team for four years.

Upon graduating, Carter moved to Jupiter, Florida to pursue a life on the PGA TOUR, playing professionally from 2017-2023 on various tours including the Mackenzie Tour, events on the Korn Ferry Tour, and events on the PGA Tour. During this time, he established many relationships all over the South Florida area, Golf and Country Clubs in particular, and can provide first-hand knowledge and expertise to golf enthusiasts looking to purchase a home in the area.

Carter instantly fell in love with everything in Jupiter, Tequesta, North Palm Beach County, and Martin County region from the golf courses, beaches, and boating to the volume of beautiful homes throughout the area, and is eager to share his passion and great appreciation for South Florida’s distinctive mix of both energetic and peaceful lifestyles it offers.

Susan Murphy

Susan Murphy. After moving to Florida from Connecticut in 2002, Susan continued her marketing and public relations career at Cotton & Co., one of Florida’s leading real estate advertising firms located in Stuart. Here she developed her working knowledge of the Florida real estate industry and her passion for matching buyers with their perfect home.

In 2008 she moved to the sales side of the industry as an agent where she specialized in golf course communities and waterfront properties. Kyle O’Neill

Formerly a member of the Jameson’s Sotheby’s Team in Chicago where he was one of their most trusted real-estate brokers, Kyle O’Neill has recently relocated to Jupiter, FL to join Water Pointe Realty.

Kyle works with individuals, investors and developers that are interested in the most sought-after properties or investments, with a focus on Palm Beach and Martin County. His previous background in marketing and advertising offers his clients a fresh and exciting perspective that will separate themselves from the competition. Kyle has expanded his career over the last few years in his involvement with Dublin Real Estate Investment Group, working on multiple rehab and development projects in Wilmette, Oak Park, and Wheaton, Illinois. His most recent project, Gulfside Twelve, is a twelve-unit beachfront residence on Fort Myers Beach.

Kyle has great relationships with local contractors, as well as a good eye for home design that is beneficial to his clients during the home buying or selling process. He will work relentlessly for his clients to ensure that he not only meets their goals, but exceeds them.
