Mike Johnson

Mike Johnson was born and raised in the close-knit community of Cazenovia, New York. Growing up in a family with two siblings and wonderful parents, he was greatly inspired by his father who instilled in him values of hard work and dedication. Following in his father’s footstep, Mike developed a deep passion for sports, in particular football, which he and his father both played at Penn State University under legendary coach Joe Paterno.

Upon graduation, Mike entered a career in the family hardwood manufacturing business and brought the same drive and dedication he had for football to the workplace. Around this time he married his high school sweetheart, Jessica. Together, they are proud parents of three boys.

Recently, Mike made the significant decision to sell the company and start fresh in Jupiter, a move that allowed him and Jessica to be closer to her family and provide new opportunities for everyone. Embracing the Florida lifestyle, the family has flourished in their home of Jupiter.

With a successful history in both business and athletics, Mike is now excited to embark on a new career in real estate. Mike brings to real estate the same passion, integrity and community focus that has defined every chapter of his life.

When he’s not at work, you can find Mike cheering on his boys at their sports games, golfing or out on the water. An avid boater, he loves spending time exploring Florida’s beautiful coastlines and enjoying the sunshine with his family.

Shandi Carline

Shandi Carline, a Missouri native, moved to the Treasure Coast in 1988. While raising her daughter, who now has her own family in the area, Shandi pursued a career in Radiology at Martin Cleveland Clinic Health Systems. She also owned a retail women’s activewear store before transitioning into Real Estate in 2004. Shandi’s success is attributed to her local market knowledge and commitment to her clients’ well-being, often turning clients into long-term friends. “Selling gems on the Treasure Coast” is Shandy’s favorite saying. With over three decades in Southeast Florida, Shandi has a deep understanding of the area and a valuable network across industries.

Shelby Collier

Shelby Collier is a licensed REALTOR® located in Stuart, FL. She is a Florida native born in Ft. Lauderdale, and raised just outside of Gainesville.

Shelby spent her childhood summers in Stuart with her grandparents. After college at UF, she explored the US living in 10+ states in 10+ homes. Settling in Tennessee for ten years, she pursued a photography business preserving her clients’ sweetest memories. In 2011, she and her husband, daughter, and four dogs made their way back to the home in Beau Rivage where she had spent all those summers on the Treasure Coast.

She and her family love the small town feel of community, and enjoy countless days of outdoor activities related to the water. Continuing her photography business, Shelby also found a love for the fitness industry. The common denominator was helping people.

While renovating their home top to bottom, her true passion for real estate was born. Health, happiness, and relationships are the best parts of her life. Their home is where Shelby lives that life.

Carter Page

Born and raised in Waynesville, North Carolina, Carter Page attended North Carolina State University from 2012 to 2016 where he majored in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and competed on the men’s golf team for four years.

Upon graduating, Carter moved to Jupiter, Florida to pursue a life on the PGA TOUR, playing professionally from 2017-2023 on various tours including the Mackenzie Tour, events on the Korn Ferry Tour, and events on the PGA Tour. During this time, he established many relationships all over the South Florida area, Golf and Country Clubs in particular, and can provide first-hand knowledge and expertise to golf enthusiasts looking to purchase a home in the area.

Carter instantly fell in love with everything in Jupiter, Tequesta, North Palm Beach County, and Martin County region from the golf courses, beaches, and boating to the volume of beautiful homes throughout the area, and is eager to share his passion and great appreciation for South Florida’s distinctive mix of both energetic and peaceful lifestyles it offers.

Susan Murphy

Susan Murphy. After moving to Florida from Connecticut in 2002, Susan continued her marketing and public relations career at Cotton & Co., one of Florida’s leading real estate advertising firms located in Stuart. Here she developed her working knowledge of the Florida real estate industry and her passion for matching buyers with their perfect home.

In 2008 she moved to the sales side of the industry as an agent where she specialized in golf course communities and waterfront properties. She was a member of the Mariner Sands realty team for three years moving to Water Pointe Realty Group in 2011. She is happy to be back at WPRG after a brief hiatus working on a new development on Hutchinson Island.

A graduate of Southern Connecticut State University with a B.S. in English and the University of Hartford with an M.Ed in Guidance and Counseling, she has a broad scope of interpersonal relationship building and training.

Kyle O’Neill

Formerly a member of the Jameson’s Sotheby’s Team in Chicago where he was one of their most trusted real-estate brokers, Kyle O’Neill has recently relocated to Jupiter, FL to join Water Pointe Realty.

Kyle works with individuals, investors and developers that are interested in the most sought-after properties or investments, with a focus on Palm Beach and Martin County. His previous background in marketing and advertising offers his clients a fresh and exciting perspective that will separate themselves from the competition. Kyle has expanded his career over the last few years in his involvement with Dublin Real Estate Investment Group, working on multiple rehab and development projects in Wilmette, Oak Park, and Wheaton, Illinois. Christina Teahan

Christina Teahan was raised in Tallahassee, FL and has spent her life enjoying all that Florida has to offer! She graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration degree with a concentration in finance and real estate finance. She worked for Ocwen Federal Bank for several years and honed her skills in real estate valuations while managing the residential and commercial valuation divisions.

She was licensed to practice real estate in 1993 and specializes in selling homes throughout Northern Palm Beach & Martin Counties, including Stuart, Hobe Sound, Jupiter, Tequesta, Juno Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, North Palm Beach and Singer Island. Denise Lee

Denise Lee is a native New Yorker who has always been called to a coastal lifestyle. While living in St. Thomas, USVI, someone suggested moving to Florida and she has lived here ever since! While working part-time providing social media content for one of Water Pointe Realty Group’s brokers, Denise had a strong desire to work for the firm full-time. When the opportunity presented itself she did not hesitate.

Denise’s managerial experience from working in the retail industry provided excellent experience during her time as the Brokerage Services Coordinator for the firm. This led her to accept the position of Rental Services Operations Manager, in which she oversees the banking and financial operations of the department. She is also the primary contact interface with the vacation rental software, affiliate booking venders, and credit card processors.

Denise enjoys spending time with her fiancé Don and their 3 rescue dogs. Together they love chilling at home, enjoying the beautiful beaches, discovering amazing nature trails, and exploring our charming towns.

Maggie Mell

Meet Maggie Mell. A former White House Correspondent, News Producer, Interior Design Firm Owner and more – Maggie brings many experiences to her real estate career. Maggie is not new to Real Estate or Florida. Maggie has also been a Licensed Real Estate Agent and Interior Designer in Minnesota for many years. She has called Florida home since 1982 living in Tequesta, Jupiter and recently back to Tequesta where she designed and renovated her current home.

Maggie believes real estate and interior design always work together and she does both for her clients. She has an incredible eye for design and uses design to help her buyers and sellers. She loves helping her clients find pride in their home. Maggie believes in the art of negotiation, prepping homes for sale and most importantly easing the burden and stress for her real estate clients. This passion shows in her real estate success.

Maggie has 3 degrees which include a Master’s in Broadcast Journalism from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism, a degree in Interior Design and a B.S degree in Speech and English.

Maggie is an avid volunteer and currently works on a committee for Ronald McDonald House Charities.
