Mary Ann was born into a real estate family in Philadelphia. She began working in the business at an early age and achieved a broker’s license at age 21. She has managed realty offices, subdivision projects, closing departments, mortgage operations, quality control, and acquisitions in her more than 50 years in the real estate industry.

A Florida resident since 1979, Mary Ann planned to retire when she moved to the Tequesta area in 2000, but was recruited to help a friend with her real estate company and has since become very active in real estate in the area. She specializes in whatever the “extra component” is to make the transaction happen.

Mary Ann and her husband “Gar” reside in Turtle Creek and are active in the community and Turtle Creek Club. She has served on the Turtle Creek Village HOA, Turtle Creek Master Association, and recently retired as president of the board of Turtle Creek East Owners’ Association after many years of service.
