Blake Miller

Originally from Charlotte, North Carolina, Blake was raised on the Treasure Coast as he moved here in 1991 with his family and has never left the area since. He comes with great knowledge of the community and surrounding area. He has resided in Jensen Beach since 2007 with his family. In his free time he enjoys the Florida life with friends and family and loves to spend his free time on the water as he is a avid boater and fisherman. He is very knowledgeable of the local waterways and enjoys sharing that with future residents of the area that plan to share the same love he has for the water.

He comes from a hard-working family who always taught him to work hard for what you want in life, be honest, and treat others as you would want to be treated. He started working as a young teenager, and now, has carried that work ethic with him to his Real Estate career. He is a proven success.

Blake and his brother Jeff partnered together to form a team at Water Pointe Realty Group back in 2008 and have been very successful in this local Real Estate market. Every year his sales continue to climb as he strives to be one of the top selling agents in the office. Since 2014, Blake has been successfully handling the sales side of the business while Jeff has branched off into property management to expand their business opportunities. They are well diversified in the business and have experience in all aspects of the Real Estate market ranging from luxury sales to investment sales to property management.

Blake stays involved with the community as he donates his time and gives money back to local charities every year. Once a year he donates and walks for Great Strides, which is a cause for helping cure people with Cystic Fibrosis. He remains committed to this cause and will always as Blake and his brother lost their best friend at a young age from this horrible disease. In addition, Blake is involved in some annual local golf tournaments that he helps setup and sponsor and where money is raised for juvenile diabetes as well as other local charities including Hibiscus House and many more .

Bill Dean

Bill Dean serves as the Managing Broker of Water Pointe Realty Group, and is one of the Broker/Owners of the company. In this capacity Bill has oversight responsibility for all daily business operations of the company, including the management of agents, staff, offices, financial, accounting, and marketing. While the other Broker/Owner principals of the leadership team contribute in various supporting roles to the mission and strategic goals of the company, Bill is the primary operations leadership resource for Water Pointe Realty Group.

Bill’s 35-year career consisting of education, experience, and accomplishments, all support and enhance his role as Managing Broker of the company. Bill is a graduate of Georgetown University and spent the first three years of his career as a licensed CPA with the accounting firm of Pricewaterhouse. Subsequent real estate industry experience includes serving as vice president of real estate syndication at Pioneer Western Properties, and regional vice president of Radnor Corporation, the real estate development subsidiary of Sun Oil Company (Sunoco), where Bill successfully managed a portfolio of 45 active residential and commercial development projects totaling approximately $250 million in assets.

In 1999, Bill and his business partner Steve Osburn purchased IRP Realty, a local, island-based real estate company that promoted a strong focus on sales and rentals of waterfront homes and condominiums on Hutchinson Island. In 2018, after nearly two decades of growth and successful residential brokerage operations, IRP Realty proudly joined forces with the owners of Willoughby Realty and Water Pointe Realty Group of Stuart to form the new and stronger Water Pointe Realty Group we have now become today.

Bill is a licensed Florida real estate broker and is an active member of the Martin County Realtors of the Treasure Coast Association, serving on many committees, and as a past president of the association as well as a member of the Board of Directors. He was honored to be named Realtor® of the Year in 2017. Bill maintains membership in the Florida Association of Realtors® and the National Association of Realtors®.

Away from the business, Bill contributes considerable time to his favorite charities, including the St. Marks Church and School, having served as their Advisory Board for over 15 years. He has been involved with the Jupiter Tequesta Athletic Association as a sport director and volunteer coach. Karen Velardo

Karen Velardo relocated from Long Island to Martin County in 2015 to be closer to family and enjoy the beautiful weather that the Treasure Coast has to offer. Recently, Karen decided to make a career change and take on the real estate industry.

Debbie Sopko

Debbie Sopko. Debbie was born and raised in the Midwest and remains an avid Big 10 football fan. She relocated to Miami in 1980 to pursue her career as a computer systems analyst with the Miami/Dade School System. Debbie and her husband, Jim Sopko, a local tax and estate planning attorney, moved to Martin County in 1987. They are both very active in local charitable organizations including the restoration of the historic Lyric Theatre in downtown Stuart and the Library Foundation.
