We appreciate all they did to make our purchase smooth. Their list of preferred vendors and consultants met that same standard. We would definitely use them again!”

“Chris Clifford handled the sale of my moms house at 2110 Talbot in Willoughby Golf Club. He did a great job. Knowledgeable, easy to contact, very helpful. I would recommend him highly.”
-Michael K.

“Chris knows Willoughby probably better than anyone else. He is never “pushy” but sincerely wants to help you. I trust his judgement completely. If I should ever list my house (definitely not planning that) it would be Chris I would choose without question. He had just joined Willoughby when my husband and I moved into our first house here on Brewster. He sold us the house ten years later we moved to Waterford. I consider him a trusted friend of thirty years.”

Steve Osburn

As one of the Broker/Owners of Water Pointe Realty Group, Steve Osburn combines his career-long pursuit of residential and commercial real estate development, residential marketing, and brokerage, with his desire to share the tropical beachfront lifestyle opportunities with our Water Pointe clients that he has enjoyed since moving to south Florida four decades ago.

Currently, Steve is focused on the strategic growth and expansion of the Water Pointe Realty Group Rental Services Division, which provides rental leasing and management services to investment owners of vacation condominiums and homes on south Hutchinson Island. In addition, this division also offers a wide variety of vacation rental opportunities to the seasonal tourist rental market and other local tenants with short-term rental needs. The Rental Services Division is located in the Water Pointe Realty Group Hutchinson Island office, directly across from the main entrance to the Indian River Plantation Marriott Resort and Marina.

Steve Osburn’s extensive industry experience spans a 43-year real estate development and brokerage career that commenced in 1975 when he joined Radnor Corporation, the real estate development subsidiary of Sun Oil Company (Sunoco) of Pennsylvania. He eventually became president of this national commercial and residential development company, and held management responsibility over a real estate portfolio totaling $1.3 billion. In 1999, Steve and his business partner Bill Dean purchased IRP Realty, a local, island-based real estate company that promoted a strong focus on sales and rentals of waterfront homes and condominiums on Hutchinson Island. In 2018, after nearly two decades of growth and successful residential brokerage operations, IRP Realty proudly joined forces with the owners of Willoughby Realty and Water Pointe Realty Group of Stuart to form the new and stronger Water Pointe Realty Group we have now become today.

Steve has been continually licensed as a Florida real estate broker since 1980. He has been an active association member of the Martin County Realtors® of the Treasure Coast, and has previously served on the board of directors and various committees.
