Beth Eaton-Cafarelli is your area expert having lived, worked and raised her family here since 1982. Beth is an area expert in regards to healthcare after working at our local health system since 1984. Beth has a strong business acumen with a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Management as well as a Master’s in Business Administration and excels at structuring deals between clients and respective buyers/sellers.
Having multiple certifications in Quality and Process Improvement, Beth has the ability to identify problems and structure solutions that result in a successful transaction.
Beth has an area of expertise in Professional Guardianship. Prior to obtaining the Professional Guardianship, Beth has been an advocate for the elderly including preparing their real estate for sale and liquidating their personal property.

Ryan Billings was born and raised in the quiet town of Boylston, Massachusetts before attending college at Methodist University in Fayetteville, North Carolina.
After graduating magna cum laude with a degree in Business Administration, Ryan moved to Jupiter in 2007 and fell in love with the lifestyle and atmosphere Northern Palm Beach County has to offer. He has been a year-round resident ever since.
Ryan’s real estate career began with remarkable success, as networking, marketing, advising and selling came naturally. With an unwavering passion for doing what is best for his clients, Ryan has guided everyone from first-time home buyers, local families, snowbirds, and investors through the processes of both buying and selling. As a member of Tequesta Country Club and Hobe Sound Golf Club, Ryan keeps a low handicap and also has a passion for exercise, specifically running and triathlon.
Vince has lived on the Treasure Coast for over 41 years and currently resides in Stuart with his wife Haylie and their three children. Vince is a United States Navy veteran having served 4 years at the Pentagon in Washington, DC as the Assistant to the Deputy Chief of Naval Operations for Logistics.

Cat Altschuler and Rosi Schroeder have spent most of their lives in and around the Treasure Coast. After a short time away, they each moved back to the Treasure Coast and now call Martin county home. These former stay-at-home moms have real hands-on knowledge regarding what to do and where to go for fun family activities, sports and schools in our area. They have dedicated the last few years to their children and their school as well as actively volunteering in the community. Cat, a native Floridian, is an alumna of Vero Beach High School and has called the Treasure Coast her home for most of her life. After attending the University of Florida, she worked in retail management at several large department stores. In her free time, Cat enjoys fishing, paddle boarding, and spending time with her children.
