New Venture to Form Powerhouse Team Under Water Pointe Realty Group

STUART, FL — Three local real estate firms are uniting under the name Water Pointe Realty Group to form one of the area’s largest and most experienced independent real estate firms. The Q1 announcement comes from the six principal owners of Willoughby Realty, IRP Realty, and Water Pointe Realty’s Stuart and Jupiter offices: Dave Derrenbacker, Debra Duvall, Mark Eble, Chris Clifford, Bill Dean, and Steve Osburn.

This venture also brings new and expanded services, as well as additional opportunities for its agents and employees. Services under the new Water Pointe Realty Group include residential and commercial real estate transactions, residential long-term and short-term leasing, vacation rentals, property management, and concierge client support.
